About this service
Almost every company has now bought someone a ChatGPT licence and called it an AI strategy. Two people on the team use it properly, everyone else opened it twice and went back to doing things the old way.
The problem is that nobody sat down with the team and rebuilt the actual work around it. Generic training does not do that, because the trainer does not know what your team does on a regular basis.
I have spent 20 years building and running sales teams. I build the workflows around how selling actually works.
This is a road with three stages. Most teams need stage one, some need stage two, and the ones who have already tried and failed need stage three.
STAGE 1: GET THE FIRST WORKFLOWS RUNNING
We find the three jobs that eat the most hours in your team and rebuild them with AI. Lead research, proposal drafts, meeting notes, content, whatever your real time sink is.
Your team leaves with concrete workflows and cases where they can properly use AI for and not just chatting with it.
→ Half-day workshop, 1 200 €
STAGE 2: TAKE THE WHOLE TEAM THROUGH IT
Same thing, more depth and more people. More workflows and models, plus an honest session on where AI should stay out of your sales process, because using it in the wrong place costs you deals.
→ Full-day workshop, 2 200 €
STAGE 3: MAKE IT STICK
Most AI training dies in week two because "it's too difficult, I just stick with chatting with ChatGPT". This stage adds a month of follow-through: weekly check-ins, fixes based on real use, and a written playbook at the end.
→ Workshop plus 30-day rollout, 3 400 €
WHERE TO START
If your team has never used AI systematically, start at stage one. If you have already run training that faded out, do not repeat it, go to stage three.
Tell me the team size and what they spend most time on, and I will tell you which one fits. If your team already has working habits, I will say so and save you the money.
Who this is for: sales and marketing teams of 3 to 20 people. Finnish or English.
Servie packages
You can explore ready-made packages created by the expert below. The final price and the content of the work will be agreed upon after getting in touch.
The starting point for a team that has bought the licences but "just keeps chatting with it".
What happens
Before the session I send a short survey to the team and speak with you for 30 minutes. I want to know where the hours actually go, not where you think they go.
In the session, we take the three biggest time sinks and rebuild them using your processes, your own customer cases and your own tone. Not a demo account, not an example company, your real work.
Typical ones: researching a prospect before a call, drafting a proposal from a call recording, turning meeting notes into CRM entries, writing follow-up emails that do not read like a template.
Everyone builds along on their own laptop. If someone in the room has never used these tools, that is fine, they will leave with working prompts anyway.
What you get
Workflows the team can use immediately.
A prompt library saved in your own system, written in your language and your customer vocabulary, so it does not rot the moment I leave.
A short written summary of what we built and what to try next.
What it takes from you
A 30 minute call with you beforehand, ten minutes from each team member for the survey, and four hours in a room. Laptops, and the AI tool your company already pays for.
Best for: a team of 3 to 10 people taking the first serious step. Also good as a pilot before deciding whether to do this across the company.
