I worked as a lead UX designer on a fixed schedule multivendor software development project. I planned and concluded user research, helped the clients product management and CDO in defining the projects goals, new features, level of automation and operational processes, and drew wireframes for two junior designers to implement to a high fidelity level. I was also in constant co-operation with the lead software developers and lead AI engineer.

I worked as the product designer on VR’s (National Railways of Finland) new customer service software and was responsible for its user experience. The software was a desktop web application and was used in handling the 50 000 monthly calls from VR customers. In my day to day work I supported the Product Owner and the Business Owner in defining and prioritising the software features, communicated with end-users and planned and conducted user testing and user interviews on regular basis.
