Preproduction and Postproduction management Resourcing and project-managing in team bandwidth and scheduling in every step in the production life cycle. Improving workflow efficiencies and ensuring the utilization of the best talent available for each project. Bidding, managing, and maintaining budgets for projects. Confirming all details of the shoot are covered in preproduction to ensure a smooth shoot and postproduction. Creating and sending out production books, and call sheets and communicating any outstanding details to talent(s) and contributors. Securing necessary insurances, releases, and contracts in advance of the assignment. Taking initiatives to expand relevant knowledge and skills and share ideas to improve production execution. Assisting in: - Location scout - Location management - Set design & Stylist Creative copywriting and communication Helping in the creation of marketing content for advertisements, website, sales letters, and scripts for commercials (social media posts, radio, etc.) and other marketing communications.
