- Provide day-to-day coaching and support for store and regional managers in HR related cases (recruiting, leadership, development, disciplinary actions) - Part of the Nordic HR common-team and the team's different development projects (employer branding, ways-of-working, company wide on- and offboarding)

- Help with the recruiting process (job ad, candidate evaluation, interviewing, communication) - Main user of Kuntarekry - recruiting program - Employer branding for the organisation with external partners - Helping to find right people for our 7000 people organization through various of channels (social media, events, professional organisations) - Take part and organize different recruiting events in Finland - Update our social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and website (www.phhyky.fi/rekry)

- Be part of the Finnish HR department and assist the head of Finnish HR department and HR Coordinator in daily tasks. - Daily use of Microsoft Office and AX. Frequent use of workforce and recruitment programs. - Provide assistance for almost 40 Store Managers through e-mail and phone on recruitment, contracts and payroll. - Handle and check payroll information of 500 people provided by Store Managers and forward it to external payroll service partner. - Streamline daily routines in the HR department.
