Strategy and creative lead on Amazon's first-ever UGC-inspired campaign, which required external support across five EU markets. I created the project's communication strategy, wrote all copy, and oversaw translation and creative execution. The project successfully proved that UGC testimonials build consumer trust and drive sales of high-price point products on Amazon's pages across key EU markets.
