Cross generation Smart TV application for one of the biggest Latvian tv providers Platforms: tvOS, Android TV, Tizen, webOS, HiSense, Web I am a tech and team lead overseeing a team of eight. I created a monorepo that hosts a single codebase, allowing us to share nearly 90% of our code across platforms. I also developed CI/CD pipelines to automate store releases and introduced trunk-based development to the team. Additionally, I co-created an internal spatial focus library that is nearly twice as fast as react-tv- space-navigation.

Cross platform Ed Tech mobile app I was responsible for developing a scalable mobile app that serves 1.4 million users. I assisted in leading a team of five and played a key role in establishing and tracking release processes using Swarmia. Single-handedly migrated the entire release process from CodePush to CircleCI. Ported Unity games to React Native. I have also led the porting of iPad OS. Furthermore, I developed a backend microservice for a trivia game using NestJS.

Social shopping app Flip - TikTok meets Zalando Worked in a team that made Flip a unicorn. I was responsible for performance optimizations, developing and maintenance of native modules (SocketIO, live broadcasting, video merging, livestream analytics, livestream player, fps and memory analytics), developing new features (filters, shopping experience, live chat). Created a custom native player (2x faster than AkamaiPlayer). Created SocketIO wrapper (faster than any other package on github). Created a React Navigation shared element transition long before it became possible with Reanimated.
